It's that simple:
1. book care package
Book the maintenance package that best suits the work you need online. Not sure which package is right for you? No problem! Just send us a message via Whatsapp a short video of your garden and we'll recommend one for you! Alternatively, contact us at any time by phone (030 5200 6310) or e-mail (hi@spring.studio) with us.
2. details & appointment
After your booking, we will contact you by phone within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Together we will discuss all the details, wishes and requirements and agree on a date that suits you.
For the assignment at your location, we put the team together in such a way that it best suits your requirements and stays within the time budget you have booked. Example: 1 care expert comes to you on 5 consecutive days, or 5 care experts all come together on 1 day - the time invested remains the same.
3. the care
On the agreed date, our team will carry out all the work discussed at your premises. If you have any new requests or comments, you are welcome to discuss them live on site. If they fit into the time budget, we will be happy to implement them spontaneously - if not, we will arrange a short-term follow-up appointment to fulfill the additional wishes.
We leave everything spick and span, take away green waste and the like and clean up nicely so that you only have to do one thing: enjoy the radiant result! 🥰
